The predicted timetable of five working days for removal of the old units and replastering – to plumbing, rewiring, gas engineering and precision-fitting of the new units, sinks and working surfaces was adhered to meticulously. All requests for minor adjustments were met and problem solving was impressive. The team were courteous, alive to the disruption and full of good humour.
